How does apartment pickup work?

Leave the QR-tagged lunch box at your community security gate before 10:30 AM. No QR tag, no pickup.

Can both parents track the lunch box?

Yes. Both parents can follow the status from pickup to school handover in the app.

Can I change my address or school?

Yes. Update it in the app and we'll confirm the new route with you.

How do you stop dabbas getting mixed up?

Every box carries a QR tag linked to your child's name and class. It is scanned at pickup and at school.
